Eligibility

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

• Please include a copy of your invoice and mention the reason for the return or exchange.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for sending the product back via a registered courier or traceable delivery service at their own expense.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Refunds will be processed after deducting the actual return shipping cost (based on package weight) and applicable 4% government COD tax, where applicable.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where applicable.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

1. Request a Return or Exchange

Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

2. Repack the Item

Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and a copy of your invoice.

3. Ship the Package
